“I keep waiting
to feel ready.”
That is enough to start.
A thought, in your own words.

Who this is for

Does any of this sound like you?

Scroll through these moments. You might recognise one. You might recognise several. Wherever you begin, the next step can be simple.

  • The ideas in your notes

“I have ideas, but I never post them.”

Your notes are full of thoughts and stories. You want to share them, but they keep staying in your phone.

  • A little privacy

“I don’t want to show my face or record my voice.”

You might feel shy, prefer privacy or simply dislike filming. You still want a way to express yourself.

  • Your first AI conversation

“I don’t know AI, prompting or technical workflows.”

You don’t need to know any of that before you start. I give you the prompts and show you how to use them. You explain what you’re thinking in ordinary words.

  • A familiar face for your ideas

“I want my own AI avatar to create content with.”

Create a character that fits the personal brand you want to build. Keep its appearance and voice for future videos, while changing the story you want to tell.

  • Something worth teaching

“I know something that could help people.”

You teach, coach or have a useful skill. There are things you explain every day that could help more people.

  • A product worth explaining

“I have a product or service I want to explain.”

You run a business, sell an ebook or offer a service. You want people to understand its value without filming yourself every time.

  • A process you can reuse

“I make content for other people.”

You freelance or help a business with content. You want another creative skill you can use in your work.

  • Less starting over

“I want to create content, but I don’t have time.”

Reuse your avatar, voice and saved prompts for new stories, useful tips or product videos. Let AI handle the generation, then check the result before sharing. You don’t have to rebuild everything each time.

Recognise yourself in one of these? Here is what you can make when those ideas have somewhere to go.

1

You already have
something to say.

It can start with a feeling you cannot quite explain. You do not need a finished script.

Choose a thought and see three possible opening lines. That first line is your hook.

2

A conversation
gives it shape.

Explain what you mean. Answer one question. Ask for a change. Your own words become the starting point for your script.

The example follows the hook you chose. Keep the opening you like and build your message around it.

Give your story
a face.

This is Toby, the character used in our course. Your character can have a different appearance and setting.

Start with a description or an image you have permission to use. Keep the details you like. Ask for one change at a time.

Toby is sitting here.
Let’s change the person.

Let’s say we like this café scene, but we want someone else sitting here. We can attach the character picture we created and ask for one simple change.

“Replace Toby with the person in my reference picture. Keep the café, lighting and camera angle the same.”

You can also ask for different clothes, a new expression or another setting. Add as much detail as you want, and say what should stay the same.

I wanted a way to say
what was on my mind.

I started this page because I felt lonely. I had thoughts I wanted to share, but I wasn’t comfortable filming myself.

So they stayed in my notes. A sentence here. A feeling there. Things I wanted someone else to understand.

Maybe you have a few of those thoughts too.

I didn’t need to become
someone else.

I used AI to create an avatar and give it a voice. That gave me a way to share my thoughts without standing in front of a camera.

The starting point was still mine: what I felt, what I noticed and what I wanted to say.

The tools helped me express it.

Now I can show you
where to start.

Making these videos taught me something: I could express myself in a way that felt comfortable to me.

That is why I made the playbook. I wanted to share the process that helped me start.

Your thoughts. Your choices. Your version.

But where do I start?
Things on my mind

Maybe someone else
feels this too.

A thought worth sharing.
“Help me explain what I mean.”
My words, made clearer.

I had an idea.
Then I gave it
a voice.

My own way.

I started on 17 June. About four months later, the page had 50K followers. It began with thoughts I wanted to share.

The response showed me which subjects people connected with. Their comments gave me something to listen to when deciding what to share next.

You can look at the results below and see the response to that approach.

I also created
my own ebook.

It’s called The Way Back. I put my thoughts and experiences into a book people could read in their own time.

That is another direction a personal brand can take. You can share what matters to you, connect with people who relate to it, and create something useful for them.

This is my existing ebook, separate from the Toby Creator Playbook.

I didn’t expect
it to become this.

When I started, I wanted a way to express myself. I didn’t know it could become a business. Seeing this amount surprised me.

It happened because people watched, connected with what I shared and chose to support my work. If you were one of them, thank you.

For you, a useful question is: what could you offer that would help the people who connect with your content?

This is not
some AI slop.

We do not start with random videos. We start with a message you want to share.

Quiet and thoughtful. Funny. Useful. Personal. The direction comes from what you want someone to feel or understand.

AI helps you produce it. Your judgement gives it a reason to exist.
